The realities of public transportation in Seoul can be a little daunting, particularly during times of high traffic volume. The top photo shows how jam-packed the subway can be. In cases like this is, it is like being inserted into a can of "sardines". It's a good thing that Koreans have a high tolerance for limited personal space.
The 2nd posting is our first video clip to be inserted on this blog. It shows how crazy things are at intersections in Seoul, and this was a day when traffic was light! You just never know what you will see or who will simply ignore the traffic laws. We were sitting in a bus when I shot this clip.
