The longest days in a missionary's life have to be the first and last days in the mission field.
Here five of our Elders are getting ready to depart for home. The top photo shows Elders Stapleton (from Washington), Denzer (Utah), Rodriquez (California), Price (Montana) and Barnes (Arizona) as they arrive at the office to prepare for the trip home. The next two photos show that things get a little slow for them as they wait to go to the airport. Finally the last photo shows President Cho and Sister Min with Elder Barnes heading out to lead the van with the rest of the elders to catch their flight. After waiting all day in their office to have their final interviews and prepare then they must ride for a couple hours to get to the airport, spend hours checking in and going through customs and then ride a minimum of 11 hours back to their first stop in the USA. For some the day continues even longer as they then catch connecting flights to home.
