Tuesday July 17th was a Korean holiday and we were invited to travel with the Jangui ward on its yearly outing to a very famous Korean beach called Boryeong. We left at 6am on two chartered busses and the Dong Stake President (Pres. Lee) was our host/guide. After a 3 1/2 ride we arrived at our destination. Boryung lies south of Seoul on the west coast of Korea on the shores of the Yellow Sea. In these photos we are getting off the bus, checking out local wildflowers (it is a beautiful, rural area) and carrying supplies for lunch (see Elders Pickett & Wilcox with watermelon). We had a great time, got sun-burned and arrived home at 8:30pm.
