The 2nd picture shows one of many Buddist centers in Seoul. They are characterized by the swastica-looking symbol, always in red.
The final two photos show the small rear mounted mirrors found on every van in Seoul. They are used exclusively for parking and allow one to see how close they are to the next vehicle or wall. Parking in Seoul is absolutely a nightmare! There is no parking along most of the main streets and there are very few parking lots or garages. As a result everyone ends up parking in the alleys! The alleys are so narrow that two cars can barely fit side by side in them and so with vehicles parked in them they are almost impossible to negotiate. Boy are we looking forward to the wide open spaces in the good old USA!!
