This view of the shadows created by dozens of paper lanterns hung in the temple grounds at Sangwonsa Temple in Odaeson National Park was cool. Each lantern had tags hanging from it indicating donations by those wishing blessings on Buddha's birthday. Apparently the larger the donation, the greater the blessings desired and expected.
