It is very common to see folks in Seoul wearing masks. Some are ill or concerned about contracting an illness, but most are trying to avoid breathing in damaging quantities of the yellow dust that blows over Korea from the Gobi Desert in China and Mongolia. The two shady looking, masked individuals below are obviously "Korean imposters".
