A "recycler" near our apartment in Seoul. Most of the people who do this are senior citizens and use handcarts but this man had quite a set-up attached to his motorcycle. They go around picking up cardboard that people set out on the sidewalk. Someone we met here quipped that it is "Korean Social Security" in action. All we know is... is that they are busy and productive and making a contribution to the welfare of the city.
